Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection, Organic Law on Data Protection and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, the Fundación Marcelino Botín-Sanz de Sautuola y López, hereinafter, Fundación Botín, as titleholder of the www.centrobotin.org website, hereby informs you that the different data requested and collected on this website through diverse data collection methods will be processed in accordance with the prevailing  regulation on personal data protection.

You are hereby informed that the personal data that you provide us with by filling in the form and other data provided as a result of the relationship established, will be incorporated into files under the responsibility of the   Fundación Botín, in order to send information via ordinary and electronic channels, regarding the activities, products and services of the Centro Botín and the Fundación Botín, deal with requests or respond to consultations and suggestions, the participation of the interested party in cultural, training and/or informative activities.

In the case of children under the age of 16, their parents or guardians will be responsible for authorising the use of their personal data.

The legal base for processing is the express consent of the interested party  on filling in and sending the form, the relationship maintained with You, the fulfilment of our legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the Fundación Botín in continuing to keep you informed of news and events. The data will be kept for as long as the relationship continues, and subsequently for as long as the legal, contractual or regulatory responsibilities require us to keep it.

The User authorises the Fundación Botín to inform him/her via ordinary and electronic channels, through any means of communication (digital, telephone or postal) of the activities, including the performance of satisfaction surveys and the updating of data, as well as the publication of the results of draws and the publication of images of the different activities, on the Website and in the diverse Fundación Botín publications.

Personal data will not be communicated to third parties except when required to do so to the competent authorities in the exercise of their functions. The Fundación Botín does not sell, lease or make Personal Data provided by the Users available to third parties.
