Swinging Curve

Swinging Curve

You may know how to enter Swinging Curve, but you probably do not know how to come out of it, or your feelings when going through the tunnel or when finding the exit.

Carsten Höller’s installation is deceptively easy to understand. Once again, the artist is using viewers to explore human perception. You should go into the tunnel-like installation to grasp its complexity. The materials it is made of and its location in the room influence what you feel in it.

Come in, walk through the curve, enjoy, explore. Any small change can affect the way you perceive the things around you. Do you get the point?
